Business Program

Nope, the partnership program is a non binding agreement that costs you and your company no up front fee. Simply pay on the terms agreed per repair. No more monthly premiums.

Glass Smith has trained technicians across the country; if there isn’t a smith in your location, we dispatch one our couriers to pick the device up and have it repaired in under two hours.

You can cancel your partnership at any time; there is no contract and no fee for ending, although we don’t know why anyone would want to.

Depending on the agreement with the employer, Glass Smith either sends an invoice directly to the employer on agreed upon terms or processes payments after the repair on site.

Nope, Glass Smith has you covered. Whether you have 25 devices or 25,000, we’re here for you.

Scheduling

Using your Glass Smith Business App or this website, simply enter your device info, choose a convenient time and location (even your own office building!), and a Smith will come fix your phone promptly.

No need to worry, we know many of our customers are busy. Simply check the box on the repair form that says “Check this box if you still need some time to figure out a time & location”. Your tech will reach out so you have their contact information and you can schedule a time and place that works for you.

Not a problem, simply respond to your technician's email or text message. Their contact information is sent to you when you submit your request.

Repair

We know every moment without your device sucks, that is why we will work our hardest to get your device back up and running as quick as possible. Most repairs only take 20-30 minutes.

Glass Smith provides the highest quality work you will find. All of our repairs come with a lifetime warranty on the parts being installed as well as the workmanship provided.

We always suggest a backup to iCloud or a computer. If you have a case on your phone, it is best to remove this before hand as well.

Our Smiths accept cash or credit once the repair is finished. If your repair is covered by one of our corporate partners, they are invoiced once the repair is completed.

Warranty

Glass Smith provides the highest quality work you will find. All of our repairs come with a lifetime warranty on the parts being installed as well as the workmanship provided.

If there is ever an issue with your device, Apple will still accept it under their warranty policy. And if the issue is with the part that we installed we have you covered with a lifetime warranty on the parts and workmanship.

Unfortunately Glass Smith’s warrant policy only covers manufacture and workmanship defects, this does not cover accidental drops.
